Cancellation Policy:

How can I cancel my order?

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, and your entire order amount will be refunded.

To cancel an order, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Call us on our support number at +91 8147645232 between 10 am to 6 pm IST from Monday to Saturday.
  2. Alternatively, you can email us at lifeontwowheels.l2w@gmail.com.

NOTE: Please refer to our refund policy for a brief explanation of the refund process.

Replacement & Damage Policy

At Life on 2 Wheels, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, please refer to the policy below:

No Return / No Replacement (Except Damage Replacement Only)

We do not offer returns or replacements for reasons such as size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind. 

Size replacements are not available for T-shirts. Please ensure you select the correct size by referring to the size chart before placing your order

Only damaged product replacement is allowed.

Damage Replacement Policy

  • If your product arrives damaged, you must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email us a clear photo of the damaged area along with your order details.

  • Once the damage claim is verified and approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 working days.

  • In case a replacement , Rs.150 will be deducted as logistics charge.

  • All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

  • All T-shirts and discounted products are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable, except in the case of damage during delivery.

Shipping Charges for Damage Replacement

  • If a replacement is approved due to damage, Life on 2 Wheels will bear the shipping charges.
