How can I cancel my order?
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, and your entire order amount will be refunded.
To cancel an order, please follow these simple steps:

Return Policy:
In the rare event that you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:
- All products at our store are thoroughly inspected by our quality team before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, please email our customer care to initiate a return request.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for Badges and Stickers.
- Discounted products are not eligible for return.
- Customers can request a return within 48 hours of the date of delivery.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged are eligible for return.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives in a damaged condition or an incorrect size (different from what you ordered), please email us a photo of the received product, highlighting the damaged area or the incorrect product, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will gladly process your refund or replacement request.
- You can choose to receive the refund in the same payment instrument used at the time of purchase.
- All refunds are processed within 7-14 working days.

Who bears the delivery charges for returned items?
- If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, we will cover the delivery charges.
- If the product was returned for a change in design or size, the delivery charges will need to be covered by the customer.
